Turn eating well
into an everyday habit.

Less time deciding what to eat.
Your AI nutrition coach suggests meals around your needs.
You adjust what matters to you.

TrainersMeal is a personalized fitness and diet meal delivery service in Seoul, South Korea. An AI nutrition coach builds each plan around your body, activity level, training goals and food preferences, then reworks any meal you want changed. Every meal arrives in two trays — a main with vegetables on top, a grain or vegetable base below — so you can warm one part, keep the other fresh, and swap either side. Choose one or two weeks, one or two meals a day. Chilled deliveries arrive Mondays and Thursdays with three days of meals each time, across Seoul and select areas of Gyeonggi and Incheon. Plans start at KRW 11,000 per meal.

01 / DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES

A warm main.
Crisp greens.

One container puts the foods you want to heat right beside the ones you want to keep fresh.

Separate trays let you warm the main dish while keeping raw vegetables crisp.

Before heating, check the container’s microwave-safe label and the product instructions.

02 / MORE WAYS TO MIX

Keep a favorite.
Try a new pairing.

Keep your main and try a different base. Or pair your favorite greens with something new.

Two trays give you more ways to mix things up. Use the buttons to explore each part.

03 / VEGETABLES FIRST

Start with vegetables.
Then enjoy the rest.

Try fiber-rich vegetables first, then move on to the rest of your meal. A separate tray of greens makes that first step simple.

01 / EXERCISE + FOODAdding a meal plan to exercise.Jooyeol In · 2025 · Master’s thesis, Korea University
Participants
18 adult men with obesity: 8 in an exercise-only group and 10 in an exercise-plus-diet group.
Methods and findings
Participants completed 50 minutes of moderate-intensity cycling three times a week for eight weeks. Additional improvements in body composition were observed in the group that also followed an energy-restricted Mediterranean diet.
Study limitations
The study did not find an additional benefit from the diet for blood glucose regulation or insulin resistance in fat tissue. This was a small master’s thesis study. Its abstract does not establish whether TrainersMeal products were used.

Participants
A study of post-meal blood glucose responses in 800 people.
Methods and findings
Researchers recorded continuous glucose measurements and 46,898 meals over seven days. People’s glucose responses varied even when they ate the same meals.
Study limitations
These findings concern post-meal blood glucose. This study alone does not establish that personalized meals improve weight loss or athletic performance.

03 / FOOD ORDERDoes what you eat first make a difference?Shukla et al. · 2019 · Diabetes, Obesity and Metabolism
Participants
15 adults with prediabetes took part.
Methods and findings
On three separate days, participants ate the same meal in three sequences assigned in random order: carbohydrates first, protein and vegetables first, or vegetables first. The chart compares the first two conditions. Glucose incremental area under the curve (iAUC), measured from before the meal through 180 minutes, was 38.8% lower with protein and vegetables first.
Study limitations
This was a short-term post-meal response in a specific group. It does not establish glucose-management benefits for everyone or long-term disease prevention.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good to know.

Why does each meal come in two trays?

Splitting a meal into two trays changes three things. First, you can heat the main dish while raw vegetables stay crisp — something a single container forces you to give up. Second, you can change one tray without replacing the other: keep a main you like and try a different base, or pair familiar greens with something new. Third, it makes it easy to start with vegetables and move on to the rest of the meal. The Research section covers a study on how the order of foods within the same meal may affect the body’s response after eating. Always follow the microwave instructions on your food and its container before heating.

How long is a meal plan?

Choose a one- or two-week plan with one or two meals a day. The four combinations work out as follows.

Meals, deliveries and starting price by plan (KRW 11,000 per meal)
PlanMealsDeliveriesFrom
1 week · 1 meal a day62KRW 66,000
1 week · 2 meals a day122KRW 132,000
2 weeks · 1 meal a day124KRW 132,000
2 weeks · 2 meals a day244KRW 264,000

Meals cover Monday through Saturday. A plan does not roll over on its own: when one ends, you review and choose your next one. The selector on this page is a sample; the actual schedule and final price are confirmed in the app.

Can I change a meal I don’t like?

Yes. In the app you can ask for a different suggestion for a whole meal, or change individual components within one. Because the trays are separate, you can keep the main and change the base — or the other way around. Tell your coach what you would like adjusted and you get another suggestion for that meal, so you never have to build a plan from scratch. What is available depends on your own requirements and on what can currently be prepared; the app shows the actual swaps and their nutrition details.

Where and when do you deliver?

We deliver chilled meals twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Each delivery brings three days of meals at once, so it helps to keep that much refrigerator space free. Service currently covers all of Seoul and select areas of Gyeonggi and Incheon, South Korea. To check whether your exact address is in range, enter it in the app, which also shows the delivery terms currently in effect.

Can I place an order here?

No — ordering happens in the app, not here. This page offers two previews instead. The meal guide takes your height, weight, age and sex along with your activity level and goal, then shows an estimate of your daily energy needs, a direction for your meals and a sample menu. The coach preview plays a scripted sample conversation rather than talking to a live coach. Neither is an actual nutrition assessment or an order, and nothing you enter is saved or sent to the app. When you are ready, the final button opens the TrainersMeal app inside this page, where personalized planning and ordering take place.
